What should I do if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or household members to see if it was mistakenly delivered to them. If you are unable to locate the package, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf and provide you with a replacement or refund once the claim is resolved.
Stolen Packages: While we cannot directly intervene in cases of theft, we are here to support you throughout the process. Please contact us with your order details and any information you have regarding the theft. We will assist you in any way we can and provide guidance on next steps.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged items as well as the packaging it arrived in and contact us as soon as possible.
